Parenting is a Wonderful Journey... But It Comes with a LOT of Questions!
At Baby & Me, we talk to parents all day, every day. We know how overwhelming it can be to sift through advice from websites, social media, well-meaning family and friends, and even healthcare professionals—all of whom often share conflicting recommendations.
That’s why we created Baby & Me 101 Sessions: to help you cut through the noise, gain clarity, and feel confident on your parenting journey.
What Are Baby & Me 101 Sessions?
Our 101 Sessions are designed to provide foundational knowledge on various parenting topics. They’re thoughtfully crafted to consider families’ diverse lifestyles and are based on:
- Over a decade of experience working with parents.
- Conversations with thousands of families.
- In-depth research into products and evidence-based academic studies.
How Long Do 101 Sessions Take?
It depends! Quick topics, like teethers, take just 2–5 minutes. Detailed topics, such as our stroller 101, can take 30 minutes to over an hour, depending on your questions. (And yes, we love answering them all!)
How Many 101 Sessions Are Available?
We currently offer 22 different 101 Sessions, covering everything from pacifiers and car seats to shoes, toys, and more. You don’t need to attend them all—just pick the ones that match your interests or parenting stage!
How Much Does It Cost?
Absolutely nothing! Sharing reliable information is simply part of who we are as an educational store.
